TiviMate Setup Guide for Firestick & Android TV

TiviMate is a media player that can organize live television, movies, series, and guide information from an authorized IPTV subscription. The player does not supply content itself; you must add valid access details from a service you are permitted to use.

Before you begin

Prepare a stable internet connection, your device, and the login information or M3U playlist supplied for your subscription. Confirm that your plan includes enough simultaneous connections for the devices you intend to use.

How to configure TiviMate

1. Install TiviMate from the official app store available on your device.
2. Open the player and select Add Playlist. Choose Xtream Codes Login or M3U Playlist according to the details supplied with your legal service.
3. Enter the server address, username, and password carefully. Give the playlist a recognizable name and continue.
4. Open the EPG settings and refresh the television guide. Create favorites and hide categories you do not need.

Recommended settings

• Keep the player updated
• Use Ethernet or stable 5 GHz Wi-Fi
• Set the video decoder to automatic first
• Do not share account credentials

Troubleshooting playback

If content does not load, first verify the credentials and internet connection. Refresh the playlist and EPG, restart the player, and test another stream. Avoid changing several advanced settings at once because this makes the cause harder to identify.
