Movies and series on demand (VOD)

Besides live channels, every plan includes a video-on-demand library of 190,000+ movies and series that you can start, pause and resume whenever you want.

The VOD library is organized by genre, year and popularity, with posters, ratings and descriptions inside your IPTV app. New movies and seasons are added every week. In apps like TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro or IBO Player, the movies and series appear in their own sections next to Live TV. Learn more in our TiviMate setup guide and IPTV Smarters Pro guide.

M3U, Xtream Codes or MAG: which format do you need?

Your IPTV channel list can be delivered in three formats. The content is the same; only the way your app loads it changes.

FormatWhat it isBest for
Xtream CodesServer URL + username + passwordTiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player, XCIPTV (recommended: loads EPG and VOD automatically)
M3U playlistA single link with all the channelsApps that only accept a playlist URL, such as some Smart TV players
MAG portalPortal URL linked to your box’s MAC addressMAG boxes and the Formuler MYTVOnline app

Not sure which one your app needs? Tell us your device and we send the right format. Our IPTV setup guides show where to enter each one.

TV guide (EPG) and catch-up

The electronic program guide (EPG) shows what is on now and next on every channel, just like a cable guide. With Xtream Codes the EPG loads automatically; with an M3U playlist you add an EPG link that we provide. On supported channels, catch-up lets you replay programs from recent days.

  • Program guide for US and international channels
  • Channel logos and categories
  • Catch-up on supported channels
  • Favorites list for your most-watched channels

Free IPTV lists vs a 24-hour free trial

Many people search for a free IPTV list or a free M3U playlist. Those links usually stop working within days, buffer at peak times and often contain unlicensed content. A free trial from a real provider is the safer way to test IPTV:

StabilitySame servers as paying customersGoes down without warning
QualityHD, Full HD and 4KMostly SD, often freezes

How the IPTV channel list is organized in your app

With tens of thousands of channels, organization matters more than raw numbers. When you log in, the list loads as groups, for example US local, US entertainment, sports, movies, kids, news, Latino and one group per country. Inside each group, channels are sorted so the most watched ones come first.

Most players give you three ways to move around quickly:

  • Groups: open only the category you want instead of scrolling through everything.
  • Search: type part of a channel name, a city or a league and jump straight to it.
  • Favorites: mark the 20 or 30 channels you actually watch and keep them on one screen.

Many people also hide the groups they never use, such as countries they have no interest in. The channels stay in your subscription; they just disappear from the menu, which makes the guide load faster on older devices. Our IPTV app guides show where each setting lives in TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and IBO Player.

Local channels across the United States

Local news and network affiliates are often the first thing American viewers check. The list covers affiliates from major markets on the East Coast, the Midwest, the South and the West Coast, so you can follow your own city’s news, weather and high school or college coverage.

Two details help here. First, many national channels come in both East and West feeds. If you live on the West Coast, pick the West feed so prime time starts at the time printed in the guide. Second, the program guide follows the time zone set in your app, so set it once to your local zone after you log in.

Not every small market is covered. That is why we suggest sending us your city on WhatsApp before you test. We tell you honestly what is there and what is not, and you can confirm it yourself during the free trial.

Picture quality on the channel list: SD, HD, Full HD and 4K

Each channel is broadcast in the best quality available from its source. Many channels offer more than one version, marked in the name with tags like HD, FHD or 4K, so you can choose the one that suits your screen and connection. 4K, also called Ultra HD, has four times as many pixels as Full HD and looks best on screens of 50 inches or more.

QualityResolutionSuggested speedBest on
SD480p5 MbpsPhones, slow connections
HD720p10 MbpsTablets, small TVs
Full HD1080p15 MbpsMost TVs and laptops
4K UHD2160p25 Mbps4K TVs and 4K streaming sticks

If a 4K version stutters during a busy evening, switch to the FHD version of the same channel. You lose a little sharpness but gain a smooth picture, which matters more during live sports.

Sports channels and game-day event feeds

Sports are one of the busiest parts of the list. Besides the regular sports networks, there are event channels that go live only when a game or fight is on and stay dark the rest of the time. Seeing a blank event channel in the morning is normal; check the guide for the start time.

For football Sundays, the playoffs and big fight nights, we recommend adding your teams’ channels to favorites in advance and testing them the day before. Our page on IPTV for sports covers settings that reduce delay and buffering during live games.

How we keep the list up to date

A large list is only useful if the channels actually play. We check the line-up every day and replace sources that stop working. Popular channels have backup feeds, so if one source has a problem, another version usually appears in the same group.

When channels are added or renamed, your app picks up the changes the next time it refreshes the playlist. In most players you can force this with a “refresh” or “update playlist” button. If a channel you watch has disappeared, send us its name on WhatsApp and we will tell you where it moved or when it returns.

We do not publish a full downloadable list of every channel, because line-ups change and a static file would be out of date within weeks. The free trial shows you the live, current version.

Making a large IPTV channel list easy for the whole family

A long list can feel overwhelming at first, especially for children or older relatives. A few minutes of setup makes it simple:

  1. Create a favorites group with the channels each person watches most.
  2. Hide country groups and categories nobody in the house uses.
  3. Set a parental PIN so kids only see the kids and family groups.
  4. On multi-screen plans, use a separate login for each TV so favorites stay personal.

Adult content is never active unless an adult asks for it, and even then it stays behind a PIN. If you need help setting this up, our support team can guide you step by step on WhatsApp.

For bilingual and international households

Many American homes watch in more than one language. Besides Spanish-language entertainment and news, the list includes channels from Canada, the UK, Europe, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Grandparents can follow programs from their home country while the rest of the family watches US channels, all on the same plan.

On-demand movies and series often include multiple audio tracks or subtitles. You switch them from the player’s audio or subtitle menu during playback. For a plan that covers several TVs in a multilingual home, see our IPTV plans for 1 to 5 devices.

How this line-up compares with a cable package

A typical cable or satellite bundle in the US is sold in tiers. The basic tier covers local channels and a few national networks; sports, movies and international channels usually cost extra, and each additional TV box adds a monthly rental fee. Over a year, those add-ons often make up a large part of the bill.

With our service there are no tiers. Every plan includes the same full set of live channels and the same on-demand library, whether you pay for one month or twelve. The only thing that changes the price is the number of screens you want to watch on at the same time. There is no box to rent, because the apps run on devices you already own, such as a streaming stick, a Smart TV, a phone or a computer.

What cable still does better is simplicity for people who never want to touch a menu, and guaranteed coverage of very small local markets. That is why we encourage everyone to test first. If the free 24 hours show that your must-have channels are there and play smoothly, you can switch with confidence; if not, you have lost nothing.

Three questions to ask before you test

  1. Which local market do I need? Name your city or nearest metro area.
  2. Which teams or leagues do I follow? We can point you to the right group and event channels.
  3. Which languages does my household watch? We show you where those groups are in the menu.

It takes less than a minute, and it saves you hours of scrolling during the test.

Knowing these three things up front also helps us spot gaps early. If your local market is thin, we tell you before the test, not after you have paid. If a league you follow is shown only on event channels, we explain how those work so a blank screen in the morning does not surprise you on game day.

Send the answers on WhatsApp and we set up your trial with the right format for your device, so you spend the 24 hours watching instead of searching.
