What IPTV support covers
Our support is not limited to one type of question. The same team that sets up free trials also handles activation, technical problems and account changes, so you never get passed between departments. Typical requests include:
- Choosing the right player for a new TV, streaming stick, phone or computer.
- Activating a player license with the MAC address shown in the app.
- Login errors, empty channel lists or a guide that shows the wrong times.
- Buffering, freezing or a black screen on specific channels.
- Finding a channel, team, league or show in the list.
- Renewals, adding more screens and moving your login to a new device.
- Questions from resellers about the panel, credits and their customers’ setups.
How to describe a problem so we can fix it fast
The more we know in the first message, the faster we solve it. You can copy this short template:
Device: e.g. Firestick 4K, Samsung TV 2022 · App: e.g. TiviMate · What happens: e.g. sports channels freeze every few minutes since last night · Connection: Wi-Fi or cable
A photo of the screen or a short video helps a lot, especially for error messages. Include your username if you have it, but never send passwords for your email, bank or other accounts. We will never ask for them.
Fixing buffering step by step
Buffering is the most common reason people contact IPTV support, and most of the time it can be fixed at home. Work through these steps in order and note where things improve:
- Test another channel. If only one channel buffers, tell us its name; we can check or replace that source.
- Try the HD version. If 4K stutters but Full HD plays, your connection is close to the limit for 4K.
- Measure the speed on the TV device itself. You need around 10 Mbps for HD, 15 for Full HD and 25 for 4K, per screen. The FCC’s broadband speed guide explains typical household needs.
- Move to a wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. This alone fixes most evening buffering.
- Restart the router and device, and pause downloads or game updates elsewhere in the house.
- Message us with what you tried and the results. We can switch your server or adjust the player settings.
Login and activation errors
Most login problems come from small typing mistakes. Server addresses must include the exact prefix and port from your welcome message, and usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Copying and pasting from the message on a phone is safer than typing with a TV remote.
On Smart TV players that use a MAC address, the app may show “device not activated” until we link it to your line. Send us a photo of the screen showing the MAC address and device key, and we activate it, usually within minutes. If you replace the TV, the new one has a different MAC address, so let us know and we move the activation. For the most common error message in one popular player, see our guide to “failed to authorize” fixes.
No picture, no sound or a wrong TV guide
| Symptom | What to try first |
|---|---|
| Sound but black screen | Switch the player’s decoder between hardware and software |
| Picture but no sound | Change the audio track in the player menu; check the TV or soundbar output |
| Guide times are wrong | Set your US time zone in the player and refresh the guide |
| Guide is empty | Refresh the EPG; with M3U, add the guide link we sent |
| Movies list is empty | Use the Xtream Codes login rather than M3U, then reload |
Help for your device
Our guides cover the devices most American households use, with screenshots and store links. Start with the one that matches your setup, and message us if a step does not look the same on your screen:
- IPTV on Firestick and the TiviMate setup guide
- IPTV on Smart TV for Samsung, LG, Roku, Android TV and Hisense
- IPTV Smarters Pro for phones, tablets and some TVs
- All IPTV apps and setup guides by device
Renewals, upgrades and account changes
Plans never renew automatically. A few days before your plan ends, message us to renew and choose the new duration; your login stays the same, so nothing changes on your TV. If more people in the house start watching, we can move you to a plan with more screens. Bought a new TV or phone? Install the player and sign in with your usual details, or send us the new MAC address if the app needs activation. For prices, see our IPTV plans.
When we answer and what to expect
IPTV support runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Most messages get a reply within minutes; at very busy moments, such as the start of a big game, it can take a little longer, and we answer in the order messages arrive. Simple questions are often solved in one reply. Problems that need a check on our side may take a few rounds of messages while we test with you.
If a fix on our side is not possible right away, we tell you honestly what is happening and what we are doing about it. Our promise is simple: we fix the problem or we replace your access.
Your privacy when you contact us
We only ask for what we need to help: your username or the phone number linked to your line, your device and a description of the problem. We never ask for bank details, card numbers or passwords to other accounts through chat. If someone claiming to be us asks for those, do not reply and contact us on our official number. You can read how we handle personal data in our privacy policy.
Setting up with us, start to finish
Many customers prefer to set up with someone on the other end of the chat. This is how a guided setup usually goes:
- You tell us your device and, if you know it, the model year.
- We recommend a player and send the store link or download code.
- You install it and send a photo of the first screen.
- We send your login in the right format, or activate the app using its MAC address.
- You open Live TV, check a few channels and the guide, and tell us how it looks.
- We help you set the time zone, favorites and, if you want, a parental PIN.
Most guided setups are finished in ten to fifteen minutes. If you have several TVs, we go through them one at a time so each ends up with its own login and settings.
Network basics for a smoother picture
Your home network has more effect on picture quality than most people expect. The router supplied by many internet providers sits in a corner or a cabinet, far from the TV, and its Wi-Fi signal weakens through every wall. A few changes make a real difference:
- Place the router up high and in the open, as close to the main TV as you can.
- Connect the main TV or streaming box with a network cable whenever possible.
- In larger homes, add a mesh Wi-Fi system with a point near the TV.
- Use the 5 GHz network for TVs and sticks; keep 2.4 GHz for smart home gadgets.
- Restart the router once in a while, and keep its software up to date.
If your internet plan is slower than about 25 Mbps and several people stream at once, consider a faster plan, or agree that only one screen watches in 4K at a time.
Notes for popular devices
Firestick and Fire TV: these devices have limited storage. If menus become slow, clear the player’s cache, uninstall apps you no longer use and restart the stick from Settings.
Samsung and LG TVs: keep the TV software updated, and if the player asks for activation, send us the MAC address shown on screen.
Roku: only apps from the Roku Channel Store can be installed. If your preferred player is not there, ask us for an alternative.
Phones and tablets: on mobile data, choose HD instead of 4K to save data, and remember that a phone stream counts as one of your screens.
Computers: use a desktop player with Xtream Codes support, or ask us for the best option for Windows or Mac.
Parental controls and adult content
Adult channels are never active unless an adult account holder asks for them, and they are always protected by a parental PIN. If you want to lock other categories for children, or you have forgotten your PIN, message us and we walk you through the player’s settings. We can also help you create a simple favorites list for children so they only see their channels.
Reporting a channel that is not working
If a channel stops playing, send us its exact name as it appears in your list, the group it is in and the time you noticed the problem. A photo of the screen is even better. We check every report, fix the source or point you to a working version, and update you when it is back. Reports from customers help everyone, because a channel you watch is often watched by many others too.
Feedback, complaints and refunds
If you are unhappy with something, tell us directly; we would rather hear it and fix it. Complaints are handled by the same team, with the same priority as technical problems. For questions about refunds, read our refund policy first and then message us with your order details. We always suggest using the free trial before buying, so you can confirm the service works on your devices and with your internet connection.
Help while you travel
Your login works wherever you have a reasonable internet connection, in the US or abroad. Before a trip, install the player on the phone, tablet or laptop you are taking and sign in at home, so you know it works. Hotel Wi-Fi is often slow or shared by many guests, so pick HD or SD versions of channels when you are away. If something does not work from your destination, message us with the device, the app and what you see. We can check your line from wherever you are, at any hour.
Questions before you buy
You do not have to be a customer to contact us. Many people message us before they test, to ask about a local channel, a sports league, a device or a payment method. We answer those questions with the same care as technical ones, and we tell you honestly if something you need is not available. When you are ready, we set up your free 24-hour trial and stay with you during setup. If it convinces you, choose a plan; if not, you have lost nothing and you have seen exactly how our help works.
That is the best test of any provider: see how quickly and clearly they answer before you pay.
Our support team also keeps the guides on this site up to date. When we notice the same question coming up again and again, we add the answer to our guides or our IPTV FAQ, so the next person can solve it on their own in seconds. If you spot something in a guide that no longer matches what you see on your screen, for example after an app update changes a menu, please tell us. Your message helps us fix the guide for everyone who comes after you, and we genuinely thank every customer who takes the time to write to us. Good guides mean fewer problems, faster fixes and more time spent simply enjoying your favorite shows, movies and live games.
Thank you for choosing to watch with us. Whatever the question, big or small, technical or not, the team is here for you around the clock, every single day of the year, including public holidays.
If you are reading this page because something is not working right now, the quickest path is simple: open WhatsApp, send your device, app and a photo of the screen, and we will take it from there.
